About Us
Precision for Vision is the only pre-optometry club at UCR, dedicated to supporting and educating students interested in the field of optometry.
Learn
We hold general meetings every other week, providing valuable information about optometry schools, the OAT, admissions processes, networking opportunities, and UCR pre-requisite courses. We invite guest speakers, such as optometry school representatives, current OD students, and practicing optometrists of various specialities–giving students much exposure to the field of eye care.

Network
We offer various volunteer opportunities, such as participating in vision screenings in our local community; visiting Tecate, Mexico; and visiting optometry schools. In addition, PFV holds socials for its officers and members that allow members to have the opportunity to meet peers and their future colleges. As a member, you will be able to attend meetings, have priority to attend trips, access to our internship list, and more!
